Integrating Evaluation in to Practice

Health in Common will provide evaluation support to initiatives that:

- Use inter-sectoral partnerships to address well-being

- Seek to improve social, environmental, and economic well-being

- Focus on community development or healthy public policy

Evaluation support includes consultation on a specific aspect of evaluation and/or the completion of an actual evaluation.
